How we use it
- To respond to your request and follow up about your equipment needs
- To research products and prepare sourcing options or quotes for you
- To share relevant details with suppliers when needed to price or fulfill your request, such as quantities and delivery location

Quote requests are delivered to us through Formspree, a form-processing service. The website is hosted on Cloudflare. These providers process information on our behalf under their own privacy and security practices.
How long we keep it
We keep request details for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain reasonable business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
